For Greenhouse Covering use single layer at own risk. Heat transfer from steel to any Poly manufactured reduces the life of the Poly. We recommend Double Poly with Air Inflation kit. Available in : 4 mil, 6 mil, 8 mil. Sometimes available in 10 mil.

POLY LOCKING SYSTEMS by Agralock

When ordering Poly for either single or double layer applications or attaching insect screen, remember to add the poly lock material. We offer high strength, aluminum lock with aluminum insert, all self locking. 12' (3.66m) base sections with 2' (60cm) top sections. No clips to cut the Poly. Reusable for years. Protects poly from ultraviolet rays. No special tools required.

No poly, PVC, or spring inserts to crack, expand/contract, or lose shape. Protected by US/Canadian Patents by Agratech. Available by special extrusions as well as regular types:

  • Standard 12' (3.66m) lock. All aluminum with aluminum 2' (60cm) top.
  • Gable lock is same as above except 1' (30cm)
  • Splice lock - attach mid arch for extra long roof. Available up to 23'6" (7.2m) flat or arched.
  • Lock for Gable - provides weather tight seal for poly roof houses to seal roof to ridged glazing gables.
  • Ridge pieces for peak roofs and either single or double vent.
  • Other extrusions on request.

IINFLATION KITS

For those using double poly roof, sides, or ends, inflation kits are essential. Comes complete with cords, also joiner kits to go form one area to the other. Special note: using inside air to inflate your double poly greenhouse won't help melt the snow on your roof. It you use inside air you will increase condensation between the sheets. See special article in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section.

We use only type (Armin / Tyco) type film.
Reason is outstanding quality. This is 6 mil,
single layer over metal structure in tropics
where temperature reaches 45c (112f)
4 to 5 months a year and very heavy
monsoon rains. Film is almost five years old
on a cloudy day. Note clarity. Structure is our Pacesetter.
